We want you to feel confident shopping with CardStage. This policy explains returns, withdrawals, and how we handle issues.
1) Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:
• Your order number
• Clear photos of the packaging and the item
• Complete unboxing video
If approved, we will offer an appropriate solution (replacement when possible or refund).
2) Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days at team@cardstage.market with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
Return conditions
To be eligible, photocards must be returned in the same condition as received (no bends, creases, scratches, or other damage), with all protective packaging included. We may reduce the refund if the item shows handling beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is incorrect or arrived damaged. We recommend using a tracked shipping method for returns.
Manufacturing marks
Official photocards may have minor manufacturing marks (e.g., tiny print lines or light surface marks). These are not considered defects.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund to the original payment method.
Where required by law, we refund the product price and the standard outbound shipping cost.
3) Non-returnable situations
- Any scratch, imprint, or press mark smaller than 10 mm on the front (facial) side of the photocard
- Roller press marks or dotted marks that may occur during the printing process
- Photocards made with special materials (matte, transparent, lenticular, etc.) that may have minor scratches
- Photocards that may show slight bending due to the nature of the paper material
- Color variations that may occur during printing and production
- Photocards or other products containing QR codes are non-refundable.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns for any product that does not meet the return conditions stated above.
