Are your photocards official?

Yes. All photocards on CardStage are 100% official, sourced from official album inclusions and/or official pre-order benefits (POB). We do not sell fan-made photocards.

Will I receive the exact item shown?

Yes. Each product listing shows real photos of the exact photocard you will receive.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Braga, Portugal.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship to Portugal Continental, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, and Ireland.

*Islands and overseas territories are not included for now. If shipping is available to your address, you’ll see it at checkout.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Processing time is up to 3 business days. After dispatch, delivery time depends on your selected shipping method and destination. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Do you provide tracking?

Yes, all shipments include tracking.

How are photocards packaged?

Every order includes sleeve + top loader (guaranteed), plus protection to reduce the risk of bending.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the item and a complete unboxing video. We’ll review and help resolve it.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed due to fast processing.
